The interest form takes about two to three minutes to complete. After you submit your form, we’ll contact you within two business days.

Yes, renters are eligible to participate as soon as we have homeowner approval. We support renters in starting that conversation with your landlord. We provide tools and resources including our team’s contact information for you to share so the homeowner can review information online and reach out with questions. After the homeowner approves, you provide access to the home, share utility bills (if applicable) and participate in bill analysis to better understand your rate options and benefits of recommended upgrades.

Some customers qualify for no-cost energy upgrades. Fill out an interest form so we can determine eligibility and help you navigate options available for your home today.

Bill analysis helps you understand your energy bills and when you use energy most, then presents opportunities to improve costs based on your utility rates. It also estimates the impact of energy upgrades on your energy bills.

Most people will see savings on their energy bills with energy upgrades. However, participants who upgrade their gas furnace to an all-electric heat pump HVAC system may not experience bill savings because although the new system improves your home’s health, safety and comfort, it’s also a new source of energy use that can impact your bill. Your home energy advisor will review post-upgrade scenarios with you before finalizing your project.

Our home energy advisors help you navigate and stack available opportunities to reduce costs and accelerate home upgrades. Benefits include:

  • Guiding you through the process of qualifying for other rebates, incentives and offers
  • Streamlined eligibility and access to all offers you qualify for
  • Improved heating, cooling, water heating and appliance efficiency
  • Improved home comfort
  • The potential to lower your energy bills
